Monday, September 05, 20051/2 DAY IN THE RECORDING STUDIOHi Everybody!, The Beat Producer slammed dunked some really cool drum ditty's today for your listening pleasure. The engineer Matt Woolley has to mix them down now, so hopefully the MP3's will be posted by the end of this week or by the weekend for sure. So stay tuned, don't touch that dial! What was really cool was the distinct tonal seperation between the three bass drums. I used the following bass drums for you gear heads out there. 22x18 Yamaha Beech Custom with an RE20 mic 24x17 Yamaha Oak Custom with an ATM25 mic 26x16 Ludwig Classic Maple with an Beta 52 mic 8x8 Beech Custom 10x9 Beech Custom 12x10 Beech Custom 14x14 Beech Custom 16x16 Beech Custom 14x6.5 Brass Sensitone 14x5 Brass Sensitone II A Diamond Back 17" SERPENT CYMBAL www.serpentcymbals.com And plenty of cymbals and toys too numerous to keep listing And lots of high end mics were used to capture this monster The Lord Jesus Rocks Period!!!
